① Responsible for all preparatory work before the tour, including: familiarizing oneself with the travel itinerary, understanding the brief introductions of various scenic spots and local customs at the destination, being clear about team precautions and paying attention to details; ② During the tour, providing detailed explanations of the travel routes, introducing guests to the cultural, historical, and geographical knowledge of scenic spots; ③ Responsible for arranging guests' accommodations, meals, transportation, entertainment, and shopping, with strong service and safety awareness, ability to handle emergencies, and capability to promptly and efficiently address various guest inquiries; ④ After the tour: completing daily work records as required, such as tour reports, feedback on experiences at scenic spots, hotels, vehicles, restaurants, team satisfaction surveys, and team comment books; ⑤ Other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

① College degree or above, with a tour guide certificate or overseas team leader certificate, fluent in English, recent outstanding graduates are also considered; ② Preference given to those with experience leading international tours, strong service and safety awareness, and ability to handle emergencies; ③ Outgoing and cheerful personality, strong communication skills, warm, meticulous, and considerate in work, with a high sense of responsibility and strong stress resistance.
