- Responsible for assessing the psychological and social needs of the elderly; providing casework, group and other professional services to the elderly according to their needs; - Responsible for the planning and implementation of daily activities and large-scale activities for the elderly to improve the quality of life and satisfaction of the elderly; - To formulate monthly activity project plans for the elderly and follow up on their implementation, and to summarize monthly information on all kinds of cultural and sports activities in the whole hospital; - Responsible for organizing various interest groups to provide recreational activities for the elderly to enrich their life in their twilight years; - Regularly checking rooms, communicating with the elderly and staff, discovering and exploring service needs, collecting suggestions and opinions from various parties, and providing timely feedback; - Responsible for end-of-life care, psychological counseling, life education and value discovery for the elderly in need; - Responsible for the external liaison, social resources integration and social practice of the Home, communicating internal and external links, attracting social public welfare forces and establishing a good image of the Home; - Responsible for assisting the director in communicating and coordinating with the families of the elderly, listening to the opinions of all parties, and improving the quality of service. - Responsible for recruiting, training and motivating volunteers.

- Bachelor's degree or above, good Chinese expatriate, preferably in social work or other related fields; - Holding the professional level certificate of social worker or assistant social worker is preferred; - With at least 2 years of experience in social work, experience in serving the elderly is preferred; - Passionate about the profession, willing to dedicate and be creative, with good communication skills;
