工作职责
- Client Development and Maintenance: Proactively seek out and contact potential clients to establish and maintain long-term relationships with them. This includes communicating with clients via phone, email, social media or face-to-face meetings. - Order Management & Follow-up: Manage and follow up on customer orders to ensure that orders are fulfilled on time, with quality and quantity. This includes coordinating with internal teams (e.g. production, logistics, etc.) to ensure a smooth order process. - Market research and analysis: Understand and study the dynamics and trends of the international market, analyze competitors' products and strategies, and provide suggestions for the company's products and sales strategies. - Business Negotiation and Contract Signing: Representing the company to conduct business negotiation with customers, negotiate the price, delivery date, payment method and other terms, and sign the sales contract. - After-sales service and relationship maintenance: Handle customer complaints and problems, provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, maintain good relationship with customers through regular communication and interaction. - Business Reporting and Data Analysis: Reporting business progress and results to superiors on a regular basis, providing sales data and market analysis reports to help the company make smarter decisions.
职位要求
- Male or female, university degree or above, English major grade 4 or university grade 6 or above, fluent in oral language, excellent written and oral expression ability in English. - Able to independently develop overseas markets, at least two years of consumer electronic products foreign trade experience is preferred. - Familiar with the foreign trade process, familiar with Alibaba, Global Sources or Made-in-China network and other B2B platform operation, familiar with B2C foreign trade website operation is preferred; - Skilled in the application of network marketing platform application and search, can independently find and develop customers; with strong market analysis, marketing, promotion ability, analysis and problem solving ability; - Work proactively, hard to forge ahead, have a good ability to learn, and be able to strictly require themselves, willing to grow with the company. - Love sales work, do things positively with impulse, have a high sense of teamwork;
