1．負責研發部整體管理及技術的統籌工作； 2．負責新產品、新技術、新方案的可行性研究、立項、評估、預算、進度和確認等； 3．負責新項目詳細任務說明書的修改和審覈，按相關要求對新立項的技術人員和進度做出預測； 4．協助市場部對新項目的立項工作，向客戶及相關部門提供技術支持； 5．監督各項目組新產品生產過程設計、質量控制計劃。 1. Responsible for the overall management and technical coordination of the R&D department; 2. Responsible for the feasibility study, project initiation, evaluation, budgeting, progress tracking, and confirmation of new products, new technologies, and new solutions; 3. Responsible for modifying and reviewing task specifications for new projects, and making predictions on technical staffing and timelines; 4. Assist the marketing department with new project initiation, providing technical support to customers and related departments; 5. Monitor the design and quality control plans for new product production processes in project team.

1.本科及以上學歷，理工類專業； 2.五年以上硬件開發工作經驗，兩年以上的研發項目管理經驗； 3.熟練中英文閱讀及撰寫專業技術文檔； 4.有獨立模擬和數字硬件電路設計和調試的能力； 5.有獨立嵌入式系統軟、硬件設計和調試成功經驗； 6.熟練運用包括51系列在內的各種開發工具； 7.熟練運用嵌入式系統C及彙編語言。 1. Bachelor's degree or above in a technical field; 2. At least 5 years of experience in hardware development, and 2 years of experience in project management for R&D projects; 3. Proficient in reading and writing technical documents in both Chinese and English; 4. Ability to independently design and debug analog and digital hardware circuits; 5. Successful experience in independently designing and debugging embedded system software and hardware; 6. Familiar with various development tools, including 51 series; 7. Proficient in using embedded system C and assembly languages.
