Responsible for defining calibration technical requirements and objectives. Responsible for preparing and submitting calibration plans, and ensuring the project is completed in accordance with the calibration plan. Responsible for establishing the vehicle calibration matching development process and vehicle subjective evaluation standards. Responsible for evaluating drivability, shift quality and calibration effects. Responsible for supporting the resolution of on-site problems, road test problems and other quality issues. Responsible for calibration acceptance testing and supporting regulatory certification, emission durability testing.

Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering related majors; candidates with more than 3 years of calibration experience related to CVT or AT transmissions are preferred. Proficiency in using relevant calibration tools to solve calibration-related faults of vehicles and transmissions. Possess on-site experience in solving on-site calibration and transmission-related problems. Understand the vehicle calibration matching development process and vehicle subjective evaluation. Understand software testing theories and be proficient in using relevant calibration software and tools. Hold a driver's license and have proficient driving skills.
