Job Summary We are seeking a creative, culturally fluent Marketing Copywriter to dual-support our Brand Copy team and Global Social Media team, focusing on the US market. This role will craft high-converting, brand-aligned creative copy across all touchpoints, while driving US-localized social media content ideation and copywriting to boost audience resonance, brand voice consistency, and marketing performance. You will bridge brand creative storytelling and data-driven social localization, ensuring all content speaks authentically to US consumers. Key Responsibilities 1. Brand & Marketing Copywriting Develop polished, persuasive creative copy for brand assets: official website copy, brand slogans, product storytelling, marketing brochures, TVC/short video scripts, product launch copy, and brand campaign messaging. Maintain unified premium brand tone, voice, and messaging across all brand creatives, in line with Dreo’s high-end, tech-forward, user-centric positioning. Translate and localize core brand copy into fluent, culturally native English (US market), avoiding Chinglish and ensuring emotional and tonal alignment with Western audiences. Collaborate with product and design teams to translate tech features, patents, and user benefits into compelling, easy-to-understand creative narrative. 2. Social Media Content & Localization Write high-engagement, platform-optimized social media copy for US mainstream channels: TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest. Support social campaign planning with localized angle development, topic direction, and short-video script frameworks. Ensure social copy is concise, conversational, and conversion-focused, while aligning with overall brand identity and campaign goals. 3. Cross-Team Collaboration & Optimization Work closely with social media, KOL, video, and design teams to align content direction, review copy deliverables, and ensure on-brand execution. Monitor US social trends, competitor content, and cultural hot topics to continuously refresh content creativity and localization relevance. Refine copy and content ideas based on content performance data, audience feedback, and team reviews.
职位要求
Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Marketing, Advertising, English, Journalism, Creative Writing or related field. Native English proficiency (American English): deep understanding of US consumer culture, social media trends, and creative storytelling norms. 1–3 years of experience in marketing copywriting, social media content creation, or brand localization; experience in home appliances, DTC tech, or cross-border e-commerce is a strong plus. Proven creative portfolio: website copy, TVC/video scripts, social media copy, or brand campaign projects. Ability to switch between premium brand copy and casual, viral social copy flexibly. Strong creative thinking, cultural sensitivity, and US market localization capability. Working experience in consumer electronnics would be preferred Detail-oriented, efficient, able to manage multi-project deadlines and collaborate cross-team.
