工作职责
Job responsibilities: 1. According to the company's brand development needs, be able to independently complete the conception and writing of the whole case of enterprise brand positioning marketing plan, public relations communication plan and market activity promotion plan, and make proposals; 2. Participate in the development of potential customers of the company, study the brand positioning, promotion status and problems of customers to be developed, find breakthrough points in brand strategy and tactics, and clarify the overall creative strategy of the scheme; 3. Be responsible for brand or project promotion and publicity planning to improve brand awareness and popularity; 4. Lead the team to deeply study the brand needs, be responsible for the planning and market research at all stages of project development, and complete all kinds of planning cases and promotion schemes; 5. Have good customer communication, coordination, planning and negotiation skills, and be able to grasp the project process and process control; 6. Be responsible for the quality and professional guidance and training of internal personnel; Good team incentive ability, good organization and coordination ability and comprehensive management ability.
职位要求
Job requirements: 1. 3-5 years of relevant work in personnel brand management or market planning brand in medium and large enterprises; 2. Familiar with and practical experience in brand communication path and method; 3. Tiktok, Kwai, B station, little red book, headline and other skilled brands, and have the ability to drain. 4. It is required to have working experience in China's top ten brand planning companies (mandatory requirements) 5.
