工作职责
Job Responsibilities: 1. Analyze market trends, competitors, and user needs in the oral care and personal careindustries. Develop long-term brand strategies and annual plans to define brandpositioning and competitive advantages. 2. Plan integrated online and offline marketing campaigns. Manage social mediaoperations (topic creation, audience engagement), formulate advertising strategiesand organize offline events (exhibitions, product trials). Coordinate cross-departmentacollaborations to drive synergy between online and offline efforts, enhancing brandawareness and sales. 3. Create innovative brand content, including posters, video scripts, and advertising copyensuring alignment with brand identity and effective communication of key messages 4. Liaise with advertising agencies, media outlets, and KOLs to consolidate resourcesexpand distribution channels, evaluate partnership effectiveness, and optimizecollaboration strategies.
职位要求
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields 2. 3-5 years of brand strategy experience, with preference for candidates in oral carepersonal care industries. Proficient in online and offline marketing strategies. 3. Expertise in social media management and knowledge of search engine optimization(SEO). 4. Exceptional creative planning and copywriting skills. Strong communicationcollaboration, and project management abilities. Keen market insights and strong dataanalysis capabilities to adapt strategies based on market feedback and metrics.
