工作职责
Brand Strategy & Design Summary: Construct brand strategy and brand identity based on long term vision and brand company value. Key R&R: Responsible for: 1. Define RELX brand strategy and develop brand visual guidelines 2. Drive cross region RAPID to ensure global brand consistencies 3. Measure brand health and overall commercial impact 4. Enforce brand impact in key brand space e.g. RS/Website/Social Media 5. Develop marketing performance scorecard Key OKR - Brand health key indicators vs key competitor closing - Clear mearsurement of brand impact on commercial target - Establish effective process to streamline cross region marketing team efforts Requirements: 1. Strategic Thinking: with solid brand management knowledge and skills; 2. 5-10 years of experience in relevant role either in an international company or a branding agency; 3. Insight: know how to develop deep insights that can empower brand communication; 4. Capability in data/business analysis; 5. Passionate to handle overall brand strategy; 5. Global view: global project experience will be add advantage; 6. Fluency in English and Chinese, both oral and written Prefer P&G,Unilever,LOREAL
