Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for the company's overall operation plan, business innovation, platform construction, brand promotion, marketing, daily operations and other related work. - Responsible for the design and optimization of the company's operation and management system, and establish an efficient operation system of the company to enhance the operational efficiency of the business. - Explore the market, plan mobile platform marketing program, put forward practical and innovative implementation of programs and organize it. - Develop new products and introduce foreign commodities of local interest according to the market demand and the company orientation; - Investigate, analyze and forecast fashion trends, make seasonal judgments of goods, and purchase suitable products according to fashion trends and corporate orientation; - Understand the fashion trends, the pricing system and other related information of European countries and the America to reduce the procurement cost of existing products. Communicate and coordinate with sales, customer service and other departments to solve the various problems of customers to enhance consumer experience; - Proficient in analyzing competitors, develop and adjust product development, procurement and sales strategies and understand the European and American online celebrity market.

- European or American native, familiar with local FMGG; - Work experience more than 2 years. Understanding of European and American fashion trends with overseas buyers experience is preferred; - Strong sense of responsibility, team spirit, high working efficiency, good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, good at innovation; ability of data analyzing, summarizing and forecasting; - Understand the needs of consumers in Europe and America, ensure good selling rates of the products purchased and willing to grow with the company; - Foreigners preferred; - Salary can be further discussed.
