工作职责
1. Develop a long-term development strategy for the company in the Thai market, formulate and implement the company's sales strategies, plans, and schedules, and lead the team to achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets;
2. Establish an effective business expansion model, responsible for the business expansion of complete solutions for engineering projects such as medical purification, intelligent security, and intelligent transportation;
3. Conduct market research, collect peer product information, price information, and market sales information, and timely grasp the industry competition situation;
4. Responsible for maintaining important customer relationships, managing and allocating customer resources, and collecting payment for goods;
5. Responsible for negotiating contracts with Party A's clients, including pricing, payment terms, quality assurance, etc., to safeguard the interests of the company;
6. Responsible for the overall planning of the final implementation of the project, including but not limited to the search and acquisition of business opportunities, requirement analysis, bidding, and bidding follow-up;
7. Responsible for negotiating and signing contracts during customer consultation and contract signing processes;
8. Responsible for after-sales maintenance and handling of customers and delivery projects, properly resolving problems that arise, and responsible for the collection and collection of project payments;
9. Other matters assigned by the leader.
职位要求
1. College degree or above, major not limited;
2. More than 3 years of experience in channel expansion in the field of smart cities in the Thai market;
3. Familiar with customer organizational structure and business decision-making processes, able to independently connect the entire decision-making chain of customers;
4. Possess independent customer development, public relations, and negotiation skills, with successful project experience preferred;
5. Strong market analysis, program promotion, and publicity abilities, with a keen market sense, timely identifying customer pain points and needs, and exploring new markets;
6. Dare to challenge and have strong ability to withstand pressure.
7. Proficient in Thai and Chinese.
