工作职责
1. Develop overseas channel expansion strategies focusing on core markets including North America, Europe, and Southeast Asia. Identify potential distributors and agents via new media channels (LinkedIn, industry groups, overseas forums), and establish a structured channel database. 2. Lead negotiation of channel partnerships, define clear cooperation policies, and empower channel partners with new media tools to enhance their end-market sales capabilities. 3. Coordinate integrated promotion between online new media and offline channels; provide customized new media operation support to distributors and drive channel sales growth. 4. Conduct regular visits and follow-ups with overseas channel partners, collect market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer demand. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to optimize product configuration and service solutions, and resolve pain points in channel operations. 5. Achieve annual channel development targets; formulate channel incentive policies and performance evaluation systems to maintain channel stability and partner loyalty.
职位要求
Job Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields. CET-6 or higher, with fluent business negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills in English. 2. 3+ years of experience in overseas channel sales, including at least 1 year of practical experience in empowering channels through new media. Candidates with overseas channel resources for two-wheel vehicles (off-road models preferred) are highly prioritized. 3. Familiar with overseas distributor & agent cooperation models, with full-process experience in channel development, policy formulation, and relationship management. Able to independently implement channel recruitment and enablement. 4. Proficient in operation logic of major overseas social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok). Capable of designing replicable new media promotion plans for channel partners to improve local brand exposure and sales. 5. Strong goal orientation and resource integration ability; familiar with overseas market access rules (product certification, tariff policies, etc.). Highly resilient under pressure and willing to travel frequently overseas.
