工作职责
- According to the strategic requirements, develop the brand visual strategy direction, fully control the brand/product/channel related creative visual output, create visual DNA and convey the brand concept. - Keeping up with industry fashion trends, integrating popular creative strategies with the brand's DNA and apply them to the actual visual creation, constantly optimising and iterating to complete the visual upgrade of the brand. - Responsible for the production/judging and direction of the company's model campaign/ product images/social media materials/display visuals, integrating modeling/photography resources and continuously enhancing the creativity of the visual team. - Take direction and propose suggested design solutions while meeting deadlines for various projects and ensuring work is reviewed/approved before submission - Responsible for the management of setting and optimising the relevant process specifications for the department and ensuring the enforceability of the process - Planning and organising the training, promotion,motivation and guidance of subordinate staff to enhance their capabilities and creative and efficient work team.
职位要求
- 8+years of visual design experience in the fashion industry, 3-5 years of team management experience - Excellent design portfolio demonstrating all types of graphic design (event creative,print, digital design,artwork,packaging,visual merchandising,etc.),preferably in the luxury/jewellery industry - Strong knowledge of fashion trends,love of the fashion industry and solid art skills - High quality work, willingness to take responsibility and be accountable for results - Excellent skills,team management, co-ordination and international communication skills
