•Tight disciplinary and technical leadership, control of the production / assembly •Increasing efficiency and productivity •Coordination of the whole production schedule with the need, ensuring and increasing the production efficiency and productivity •Preparation and implementation of Kanban in the assembly workshop to guarantee an always updated supply of consumables •Clarification of time, cost and quality problems •Coordination of the suppliers for mechanical parts, ensuring good communication with suppliers and meeting cost, schedule, and quality targets on all projects. •Evaluating new potential suppliers for mechanical parts and raw material •Optimization of production processes and identification of potential improvements •Support of implementation of 5S in the assembly workshop •Responsible for regularly examination and maintenance of the production equipment •Identification of potential improvements •Preparation of ongoing reports to the management •Support the sales and project management department to calculate and control production cost for mechanical parts •Standardize and improve various operational processes, strict compliance with the relevant production safety regulations •Communicate with the Headquarter and other subsidiaries about issues and possible synergy effects •Manage the information flow between directly involved departments and interfacing departments like Warehouse, Purchase, Project and Sales department •Leading and managing the whole plant operations, including assembly, quality controlling, production scheduling, staffing etc. •Responsible for safe-production and production cost controlling •Ensuring efficient communication with purchase, QA and technical departments •Responsible for the Department's daily management work and members' management, direction, training and assessment

•Education : College& above •Major: Preference will be given to candidates with a background in mechanical-related fields. Work experience: At least 5 years working experience as a production manager or director, family with the standard & non-standard products manufacture & Quality management etc. •Other: Chinese with good English skills (German would be an advantage); native German with basic Chinese language skills and good English skill.
