1. Assist the general manager in planning and executing the sales strategy. 2. Propose a strategy to maximize sales efficiency. 3. Identify new verticals and promising business sectors where to develop prospects resources. 4. Drive new business growth to achieve set targets, takes responsibility to achieve the new business goal. 5. Take the leadership of the business development team in place. 6. Develop his own prospects and client portfolio to self-contribute to the office’s new business goal. 7. Supervise the work of the business development team, their sales performance, new opportunities pipeline etc. 8. Suggest and conduct internal sales training. 9. Within assigned budget, propose to the general manager hiring, promoting, or dismissing team members according to their results and within assigned budget. 10. Involved in the direct negotiation with insurance companies to secure the best business deals. 11. Support the preparation and attend key clients meetings. 12. Maintain frequent client contact ratio to ensure high satisfaction and high renewals retention rate. 13. Ensure proper record of sales activities and review regularly with the General Manager. 14. Report directly to the General Manager. 15. Perform ad hoc project and reports assigned by the General Manager.

1. Position based in Shanghai, travels may be required time to time. 2. At least 8 years` sales experience, and track record of successful management of a sales team. 3. Strong business acumen. 4. In-depth insurance knowledge especially in international health insurance, general insurance, life insurance. 5. Relevant contacts and connections within our industry 6. Own prospects and client pipeline 7. Chinese native, fluent English spoken and written; other European languages are a plus. 8. Proficiency in using MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point. 9. Self-motivated, go getter attitude, able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
