工作职责
Core Responsibilities:
1. Factory human resource management:
-Recruitment Management: Responsible for expanding various recruitment channels and executing full process recruitment for various positions in the factory to ensure personnel demand.
-Employee Relations Management: Handling personnel affairs such as onboarding, regularization, transfer, training, assessment, resignation, labor contract signing/renewal, attendance management, work-related injuries, social security, etc. for factory employees to ensure compliance with regulations.
-Labor dispatch management: Coordinate with local labor companies, supervise the recruitment progress, salary payment, social security payment, and other work of labor companies, and regularly output labor cost analysis.
-Human resource system construction: Establish various necessary management systems and processes for factory human resource management, and develop standardized operation manuals to ensure the systematic operation of factory human resource management and improve personnel operation efficiency.
-Compliance execution: Implement Indonesian labor laws, BPJS social security policies, and cooperate with government labor audits.
2. Administrative logistics: Responsible for administrative work such as security, EHS (fire protection, safety, environmental protection, occupational health), asset management, and cleaning management.
3. External liaison work: Responsible for liaising with various government departments, local industrial parks, and other external liaison work matters.
4. Integrated development: Develop cultural integration action plans based on different stages of company development to adapt to local culture and promote the healthy development of the company.
5. Other tasks arranged by the leader.
职位要求
Job requirements:
1. More than five years of experience in human resources and administrative management in Indonesian manufacturing industry, proficient in Indonesian labor laws and regulations, BPJS social security policies; Successful practice of building a human resources and administrative work framework from scratch, familiar with the employment and labor in the industrial zone where the factory is located.
The cooperation mode enables independent handling of factory personnel and administrative affairs, employee disputes, and other abnormal events.
2. Good overall coordination and execution skills, strong resilience, able to adapt to the fast-paced environment of the manufacturing industry; Can effectively coordinate and handle various unexpected events during the construction and normal operation of the factory.
3. Good cross-cultural communication skills, with integrity, openness, and tolerance, adept at establishing and maintaining friendly and open communication with different ethnic groups; Fluent in Chinese and Indonesian, with good English proficiency preferred.
4. Able to quickly connect with local government and community resources and networks, helping the company integrate into the local community and promote sustainable development.
