工作职责
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for industrial lighting solutions in the international market, focusing on key sectors such as oil & gas, mining, utilities, and heavy industries.
- Identify and engage potential clients through direct visits, trade shows, LinkedIn, and global business networks.
- Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiation, contract signing, and payment collection.
- Provide technical support to clients, including product recommendations, lighting design advice, and project coordination.
- Conduct market research to analyze global trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the engineering and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with distributors, contractors, and end-users in the industrial sector worldwide.

职位要求
Education & Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields (Electrical/Mechanical background preferred).
- Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome; experience in international B2B industrial sales is a plus.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in industrial products (lighting, electrical, or construction materials).
- Familiarity with the international industrial market (experience in oil & gas, mining, or manufacturing sectors is ideal).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills – able to communicate technical details clearly.
Language & Mobility:
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional language skills are an advantage.
- Willing to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events globally.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs.
- Team player with a positive attitude in a multicultural environment."
