Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the resource development of Shangmei Digital Hotel Group's projects in Laos, in accordance with the company's site selection requirements, searching for, screening, evaluating, signing the target properties or cooperative investors, and completing the development targets. 2. Responsible for conducting business negotiations with partners, following up on project signing, going online, and recovering payments. 3. Responsible for enhancing the brand awareness of Shangmei Hotels in the Laos market and

exploring overseas markets. Qualifications for the position: 1. College degree or above, major in marketing, hotel management, finance, or economics is preferred; 2. Work location: Vientiane (permanent residence); 3. Languages: Lao language + Chinese/English; 4. Good appearance and temperament, honest and upright, with good teamwork spirit and service awareness; 5. Strong leadership, negotiation skills, communication and coordination skills, learning ability, and execution ability; 6. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure.
