This role will be based in Kunshan managing global tradeflows for in every direction. While we will provide extensive training and support, a strong knowledge of International Trade, especially customs clearance and bonded warehouse operation are a required strength. The successful candidate will be the primary logistics interface for our Bonded Warehouse and required to manage all documentation for inbound and outbound clearances. A reasonable standard of written and spoken English is important to communicate with our Global Team.

be working directly with Internal Traders, end clients, shipping lines, agents and the entire global tradeflow, bonded warehouse operation • Ideally BA or equivalent, with a focus on Commodity Trading, Logistics • CET4, CET6, TEM4, TEM8, • Cantonese and traditional Chinese is a plus .• Customs Declarations • Experience in International logistics • Experience in bonded warehouse operation • Experience in export logistics/documentation arrangement • Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook • Knowledge of Incoterms, International payment terms and basic logistics knowledge. • Knowledge of collaborative tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, etc.) & Business Intelligence, Power BI as a plus. • Excellent organizational skills (ability to prioritize, plan tasks and respect deadlines) • Teamwork skills • Excellent communication skill. • Ability to work under stress and respond to tight deadlines. • High level of autonomy • Proactiveness • Business process improvement mindset • High level of adaptability • Excellent knowledge of English • A positive, friendly and helpful attitude • Thriving to learn and humility attitude
