工作职责
1. Responsible for user operation and content operation of reading/comic/audio products, and responsible for the overall results; 2. Responsible for the analysis and summary of daily data reports, and use this as a basis to continuously optimize operation methods, and make early warnings of problems and timely feedback based on changes in various indicators; 3. Through in-depth data mining, effective methods are proposed for multiple scenarios such as new pull, activation, retention, recall, etc., and a growth model is built to improve core indicators; 4. Proficient in user growth methodology, hierarchize users and refine operations, optimize business operation strategies, find key problems and propose solutions, promote business development, and improve conversion data; 5. Analyze key indicators based on data feedback; 6. Responsible for product planning for revenue operation activities, write detailed product requirements documents and prototype design documents, plan corresponding activities based on the characteristics of paid and free reading products, be responsible for activity output, conversion rate, retention rate and other operational indicators, and track products R&D progress; 7. Pay attention to and collect the industry market activity strategy, analyze the operation status of competing products, find the operation activity strategy suitable for your product, continue to think about and explore the growth points, and efficiently verify and progress.
职位要求
1. Familiar with overseas users (especially the United States) operation strategy, more than 3 years of experience; 2. Have a strong ability to collect and analyze market and operational data, and be able to optimize the operation of reading products in a timely manner; 3. Strong logic, careful thinking, sensitive to data, and good at using basic analysis tools; 4. Good at organizing project plan formulation and controlling the progress, quality and cost of the project plan; 5. Good team spirit, high execution ability; 6. Excellent communication and writing skills, strong learning ability, able to think and solve problems independently; 7. Those with successful content operation experience (especially the United States) are preferred.
