Job Responsibilities: 1.Design Institute Development & Relationship Management：Research and analyze the design institute landscape in target countries/regions, and develop a prioritized partnership list (e.g., Top 50 MEP design firms).Lead technical engagement with overseas designers and standards organizations (e.g., NFPA, EN standards committees) to facilitate local market integration.Plan and execute technical seminars and product roadshows tailored to regional fire safety compliance practices. 2.Technical Support & Project Implementation：Deliver professional technical documentation including fire alarm system schematics and equipment selection guides compliant with international certifications (UL, CE, LPCB).Collaborate with domestic R&D teams to drive product customization aligned with overseas requirements (e.g., high-temperature detectors, multi-language control panels).Monitor and support transnational projects throughout design and tender phases to secure technical specification in procurement orders. 3.Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis：Track activities of key international competitors (e.g., Honeywell, Notifier) within design institutes and analyze product specification rates.Gather frontline market insights on emerging trends (e.g., integrated intelligent fire protection) and provide actionable feedback for product development.

Candidate Requirements： 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Fire Safety Engineering, or a related field.Proficient in English (CET-6 or IELTS 6.5+). 2.Experience:At least 3 years of experience in the fire protection/ELV sector, including 1 year in overseas technical support or design institute collaboration. 3.Solid understanding of international fire safety standards (e.g., NFPA, EN, VDS) and certification procedures. 4.Skills:Proficiency in Revit/CAD with experience in BIM model review, and MS Project.Strong technical writing skills in English for producing documents such as Design Submittals and project proposals.
