工作职责
The Senior PM Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams (NPD/NPI/AME/Quality/Production) to implement new technologies, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve welding operations.
职位要求
1、 Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Welding Engineering, or related field.
2、 2+ years of experience in laser welding or related joining technologies (ultrasonic, resistance welding, etc.), preferably in battery manufacturing.
3、 Familiarity with quality inspection techniques (X-ray, ultrasonic, metallography, cross-section analysis).
4、 Knowledge of safety standards in welding and battery assembly.
5、 On-site role in battery manufacturing facility.
