Qualifications In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, we seek candidates who align with the following:  Hybrid-Remote Flexibility: Work remotely within North America but demonstrate a willingness to travel to Beijing for periodic collaboration with HQ colleagues.  Proven Experience: Possess 5+ years of work experience, preferably with an entrepreneurial or management background.  Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential. Mandarin proficiency is a bonus.  Industry Relevance: Past work experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or collaboration with these professionals is highly preferred.
