Responsibilities: * Establish and monitor quality inspection processes across the production line. * Lead quality issue investigations (root cause, CAPA) and communicate with clients when needed. * Work closely with production, technical, and merchandiser teams to improve consistency. * Assist in training QC team members and standardizing inspection criteria. * Maintain inspection documentation and reporting systems (QC reports, audit records, etc.)

Requirements: * Degree in Quality Management, Materials, Engineering, or a related field. * 2+ years experience in quality assurance/control, preferably in packaging or manufacturing. * Knowledge of visual inspection standards, ISO/QA systems, and quality tools (Pareto, Fishbone, 5Whys). * Fluent in English; Chinese preferred. * Based full-time in Guangdong.
