Be responsible for the company’s business operations and management, establishing and improving operational management systems and business processes. Plan and advance the company’s major operational plans, track market development, and adjust strategies. Establish and improve a training system, implement it, supervise and assist in the company’s on-the-ground operations, and enhance team execution. Business development: Collect information on market activities of peers, understand the current market situation of competitors, and write market analyses and reviews. Operational management: Formulate corresponding business plans and marketing strategies, organize their implementation, and achieve planned indicators. Team management: Be responsible for team establishment and management, establish and improve evaluation and reward systems, strengthen team combat effectiveness, and form a talent pipeline. Assist the General Manager in proposing business expansion plans and off-budget expenditure plans to the group company. Assist the General Manager in formulating the company’s organizational structure and management system, relevant management and business norms, and institutionalize, standardize, and refine internal management.
