职位职责
1.Maintain existing relationships and expand cooperation with distributors and retail channels. 2.Develop new partnership channels and projects. 3.Participate in exhibitions and other offline events to collect and analyze market information. 4.Manage distribution channels, including but not limited to pricing, agreements, after-sales, and channel marketing. Provide local market intelligence analysis and distribution strategies.
职位要求
1.Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent English is a must, proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Italian, or other languages is a plus. 2.Minimum of 3 years of channel sales experience in the European industry, preferably with backgrounds in segments such as photovoltaics, UPS, inverters, batteries, charging piles, home energy systems, etc. 3.Strong execution and negotiation skills, meticulousness, patience, independence in problem-solving, and communication abilities are required. 4.Ability to adapt to the early development stage of a startup company, mature mindset, and willingness to embrace change.
