工作职责
Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Development and Maintenance: - New customer development and achieve the sales target. - Maintain the existing customers’ relationship so as to increase the customer satisfactions. - Regular visiting to the customers so as to fully understand the market dynamic. 2. Sales Target Achieving: - Set-up the sales plan according to the market information. - Follow up the sales leads so as to increase the conversion rate. - Regular marketing research to update the customer database and improve the products. - Product quotation, business negotiation, contract drafting and application to the management, signed contracts’ executive. 3. Reporting: - Regular sales reports handing to the management. - Analyze sales data to source out sales strategic improving proposal. 模块房业务-岗位职责: 1. 客户开发与维护: - 开发新客户并完成销售目标。 - 维护现有客户关系,提高客户满意度。 - 定期拜访客户,深入了解市场动态,及时把握客户需求变化。 2. 销售目标达成: - 根据市场信息制定销售计划,确保销售目标的实现。 - 跟进销售线索,提高销售转化率。 - 定期进行市场调研,更新客户数据库,优化产品方案。 - 提供产品报价,进行商务谈判,起草合同,并向管理层申请批准,执行已签合同。 3. 报告与数据分析: - 定期向管理层提交销售报告,汇报销售进展。 - 分析销售数据,提出销售策略改进建议。 - 管理客户数据库,并定期向管理层汇报相关数据。
职位要求
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing or a related field. 2. At least 3 years of sales experience. 3. Familiar with the sales process, with strong abilities in client development and relationship management. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain positive relationships with various clients. 5. Strong market insight, capable of identifying market trends and formulating corresponding strategies. 6. Good data analysis and report writing skills, able to provide valuable recommendations to management. 7. Proficiency in English is a plus. - 本科及以上学历,市场营销相关专业优先。 - 具有3年以上销售经验。 - 熟悉销售流程,具备较强的客户开发与维护能力。 - 良好的沟通、谈判及人际交往能力,能够与各类客户建立和谐的合作关系。 - 具有良好的市场洞察力,能够敏锐把握市场动态并制定相应策略。 - 良好的数据分析能力和报告撰写能力,能够为管理层提供有价值的建议。 - 英语流利者优先。
