Location: Panyu, Guangzhou Duration: 1 month Objective: Enhance team sales techniques and optimize client communication strategies Core Responsibilities: Analyze the team’s existing sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable optimization plans. Design and deliver sales training tailored to the Chinese market (e.g., needs discovery, negotiation tactics). Refine Chinese/English sales scripts based on U.S. clients’ cultural preferences. Conduct role-playing and simulated sales scenarios to coach the team in handling client objections effectively. Review daily sales cases and provide personalized feedback for skill refinement. Share U.S. market insights and cultural nuances (e.g., communication styles, decision-making logic) to bridge cross-cultural gaps.
职位要求
U.S. citizenship, native English proficiency, and basic Mandarin communication skills. 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record in team leadership/training. Expertise in end-to-end B2C sales, specializing in script design and conversion optimization. Deep understanding of U.S.-China business cultural differences; adaptability to local team dynamics. Results-driven with the ability to deliver measurable team improvements within tight timelines.
