Job Responsibilities: 1、Primary Accounting Duties -Independently manage the full set of accounts for an export-oriented manufacturing company. -Handle tax filings in compliance with regulations, including all statutory and external reporting. -Perform month-end closing activities, including accruals, reconciliation of accounts, and preparation of financial statements. -Review and approve reimbursement claims in line with financial policies. -Manage export tax rebate processes: issue export sales invoices and purchase invoices, match relevant documents, complete tax rebate filings through the e-tax system, and carry out subsequent document scanning and filing. -Supervise inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure alignment between physical stock and accounting records. 2、Settlement Duties -Guide invoice data entry, review purchase and sales invoice entries. -Review and verify original vouchers; prepare accounting entries based on business documentation to ensure accurate transaction recording. -Reconcile transactions based on goods movement, internal transfers, and related source documents, ensuring proper invoice processing. 3、Cost Accounting -Review BOM (Bill of Materials). -Calculate production process wages and maintain MISA system data. -Execute cost calculation processes in the cost management system. -Prepare cost accounting reports. -Conduct material, labor, and overhead cost analysis for products. 4、Career Development -Demonstrate initiative and a strong desire for professional growth. 5、Internal Assessment -Complete internal performance evaluations and business analysis as required by the company. 6、Group Coordination -Proactively assist with group-level requirements and comply with company policies.

-Education: Associate degree or above. -Major: Open to all majors, but must have relevant accounting/finance experience. Candidates with export finance experience, general ledger experience, or factory accounting experience will be given priority. -Gender: Open to both male and female candidates. -Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and fluent Chinese (HSK Level 3 or above). Skills: Proficient in WPS Office (or equivalent) for document and spreadsheet management, and -experienced in using Vietnam’s MISA accounting software.
