工作职责
Main Responsibilities Social commerce strategy development: according to the company's market positioning, product characteristics and target audience, develop and execute social commerce strategy, including platform selection, content planning, activity arrangement, etc. Social media platform management: Maintain and update the company's official accounts on major social media platforms (e.g., Weibo, WeChat, Jitterbug, etc.) to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of information. Content creation and publishing: plan and write content for social media platforms, including text, pictures, videos, etc., to ensure that the content is in line with the brand image and can attract and retain the target audience. Business activity organization and execution: plan and organize online and offline social business activities, such as online live broadcast, offline launch, etc., to enhance brand exposure and user engagement. Data analysis and optimization: Regularly analyze the data of social commerce activities, including user interaction, conversion rate, sales, etc., and adjust the strategy according to the analysis results to optimize the effect of the activities. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain good interaction with users on social media platforms, answer questions, handle complaints, collect user feedback and improve customer satisfaction. Cross-departmental collaboration: Maintain close communication with marketing, sales, product and other related departments to ensure that social commerce activities are consistent with the company's overall marketing strategy.
职位要求
Main responsibilities This is an entry-level role, and we are looking for someone with a dynamic and capable to build lasting relationships. When you have a sense of responsibility, you have a great knowledge, when it comes to social media. Your character and your performance are more important to us than a higher education or work experience. Fluent in foreign languages (French,Arabic,Japanese,Korean,Thai,Vietnamese give priority.), both oral and written are required.
