工作职责
The candidate for this position will be a member of the Microsoft China technical team, responsible for providing billing support for Microsoft products (Office 365 products) to Microsoft technology development professionals and global enterprise customers via email or web platform, ensuring customer recognition and satisfaction with Microsoft services and products.

1. Proficient in spoken and written English, fluent in spoken and able to communicate with foreigners; 2. Willing to learn basic computer-related skills, problem-solving adaptability and logical ability; 3. Provide paid training, fast learning ability and good willingness to learn; 4. Good attitude and communication skills; 5. Good work resistance and obedience; 6. Some project teams have a shift system.
