工作职责
1. Develop and maintain target key accounts in North America according to the company's corporate strategic plan. 2. Responsible for global sales strategy development and business development of target customers, including entering the supplier system of target customers, order acquisition, customer relationship management, and rapid profit growth. 3. Manage the U.S. sales team responsible for following up with target customers, providing support for order acquisition and accomplishing the overall business objectives set by the company. 4. Maintain close communication with the company's headquarters, Germany and other countries to promote the smooth development of the overall work. 5. Grasp the market and industry dynamics and development trends, and provide constructive advice for the company's overall business development.
职位要求
1. At least 15 years of sales experience in the automotive industry. 2. More than 5 years of development and service experience in well-known American automotive companies. 3. Rich team management experience, with a background in multinational team management preferred. 4. Strategic thinking, open-minded, and skilled in collaborating with Chinese companies or clients are preferred.
