工作职责
- Training and Development Program Development: Formulate employee training programs and development plans based on the company's strategic objectives and employees' personal development needs, including the design, development and management of training courses, as well as the coordination and management of training resources.
- Training project implementation: organize and implement various training projects, such as new employee orientation training, skills training, leadership development, etc., to ensure the smooth and effective implementation of training projects.
- Training Effect Evaluation: Evaluate the training effect through various ways, collect employees' feedback, and continuously improve and optimize the training content and methods to improve the training quality and effect.
- Employee career planning and development: Cooperate with employees to formulate personal career planning and development plans, provide career counseling and guidance, help employees achieve personal career goals, and improve employee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promotion of Learning and Development Culture: Promote the culture of learning and development within the company, encourage employees' independent learning and continuous development, and improve the overall talent quality and competitiveness of the company.
职位要求
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in human resources, management or related fields;
- More than 8 years of work experience in human resource management in large foreign enterprises, trained in strategic management, strategic human resource management, organizational change management, and management capability development;
- Systematic understanding and practice of modern enterprise human resource management model, familiar with the daily management workflow of human resources;
- Rich practical experience in HR strategic planning, competency modeling, employee training, employee career design, performance incentive appraisal;
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, ability to solve complex problems, ability to work independently and good ability to promote work.
- Must be very active, sunny and passionate.
