  Roles and Responsibilities · Prepare year end accounts and projected budgets for properties we manage across the UK. · I use QUBE Property Management System to download all of the reports to Microsoft Excel, this is the system that we use to prepare the accounts using macros. · I communicate with property managers on a daily basis to make sure the accounts are accurate to invoice/credit customers. I will do this by email or teams meeting and discuss large invoices we have been billed in the financial year. · It is important to ensure Aged Debtors, Aged Creditors, bank balance and income figures match the Trial Balance and investigate any discrepancies.
