工作职责
Market expansion: Promote the sales of company products (all ceramic materials, implants, digital equipment) in designated regions (Vietnam/Thailand/Germany/Spain), develop new customers and dealer networks; Strategy execution: Develop regional sales plans, participate in industry exhibitions and academic activities, enhance brand exposure and market share; Customer management: Maintain existing customer relationships, analyze market dynamics and competitive strategies, optimize sales plans; Cross departmental collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical support teams to provide localized solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
职位要求
Required conditions: -Bachelor's degree or above, 3-5 years of sales experience, medical device/dental industry background preferred; -Excellent organizational skills, negotiation skills, and problem-solving abilities; -Adapt to frequent business trips and flexible working hours (such as exhibitions, urgent customer needs); -Fluent in English (written and spoken), German/Spanish/Thai/Vietnamese proficiency is preferred (depending on the location). Bonus points: -Familiar with overseas medical market regulations and channels; -Have experience in team management or major customer service.
