Job Requirements: 1, can be resident overseas. 2. Marketing experience in Southeast Asia. Familiar with or understanding local marketing ecology. 3. Familiar with MCN business, content e-commerce operation and content delivery type business; good at thinking and formulating media channel KOL delivery strategy; good at external resource communication and docking; familiar with data analysis. 5. Familiar with the live broadcast industry, good at planning hot spots, event marketing, hot search dynamics, and using data tools to analyze and improve the commercial value of content creators. 6. Have management experience, system formulation, performance assessment, etc. Minimum 3 years working experience in MCN organization director level or above
