-Serve as the head of the Indonesian factory, fully responsible for the production operations within the factory system. -Oversee the organizational management, equipment configuration, and production planning of the Indonesian factory, ensuring each department conducts production and quality control tasks efficiently. -Manage costs at the Indonesian factory, set annual cost reduction targets, and implement cost-saving measures. -Ensure safety and environmental management, as well as equipment management at the Indonesian manufacturing plant. -Lead the team-building efforts at the Indonesian factory, managing various workshops and work centers. -Bonus: Experience in residing in Indonesia and industrial park planning.

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical design, mechanical manufacturing, electrical automation, material forming, or related engineering fields. -At least 10 years of experience in the small home appliance/consumer electronics manufacturing sector, including over 5 years of overseas experience and a minimum of 3 years in overseas manufacturing management. Experience with small-batch, multi-category product manufacturing is preferred. -Willingness to accept long-term assignments in Indonesia. -Strong coordination and resource management skills, with exceptional leadership abilities. -Proficiency in Indonesian/English for work purposes.
