Key Responsibilities: As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to work in one or more of the following HR teams: - Learning & Culture Team – Assist in designing and executing employee learning programs and cultural initiatives. - Talent Acquisition Team – Support talent acquisition planning such as Employer Branding, Data Analytics, - Referral Programs and Data Analytics - HRBP Team – Partner with business units to support people strategies, employee relations, and workforce planning. - HR Operations Team – Contribute to optimizing HR processes, data management, and compliance. - HR Compliance Team – Help manage workplace policies, employee engagement, and conflict resolution initiatives.
