工作职责
1、Responsible for the recruitment of local personnel in overseas areas, effective communication and demand analysis, and preparation of recruitment plans; 2、Reasonable arrangements for the implementation of recruitment work, follow up interviews, and timely push into the employment process; 3、Responsible for the recruitment of high-end talent, for the company to recruit high-quality talent; 4、Contract negotiations with headhunters and other service providers and improve the localization of recruitment needs; 5、Maintain and improve the existing recruitment channels, and actively expand new recruitment channels; 6、Timely and regular output of market talent report, effective comparison and analysis of internal and external personnel.
职位要求
1、Bachelor degree or above, preferably in human resources, psychology, management, computer and other related majors; 2、English grade 6 or above, fluent in English listening, reading and writing, able to communicate effectively with foreign candidates and headhunters and so on; 3、At least one year practical experience in Internet recruitment, headhunting experience is preferred; 4、Familiar with the Internet enterprise recruitment process and recruitment channels, the discovery and introduction of talent, organization and adjustment of rich practical experience; 5, With excellent language expression, communication, coordination skills, and keen insight and analytical judgment ability, able to withstand a certain degree of work pressure.
