According to the guidance of the manager of the process development department, transfer the development process to the technology transformation department, assist in completing the technical problems in the process of technology transfer, and guide the process amplification; 4. Optimize the process of the products that have been put on the market according to the needs, develop the project plan and follow up; 5. Daily management of personnel, including attendance, labor discipline, performance assessment, etc; 6. According to the requirements of product registration, draft the application materials, sort out and review the relevant materials, and prepare for the on-site verification of the development; 7. Complete other tasks delivered by the superior.

1. Master's degree or above, major in biology, pharmacy, etc.; 2. Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi or native English speakers are preferred; 3. More than 0-3 years of relevant working experience, familiar with various properties of protein, familiar with the principles of biological products production equipment and production process, familiar with laws and regulations and technical guidelines of biological products industry; 4. High sense of responsibility, coordination and organization ability; 5. Strong ability of analysis and judgment, communication, planning and implementation; 6. Good team spirit and professional quality, able to work under pressure.
