Role Overview As a Key Account Relationship Manager (KARM), you will manage and grow relationships with high-value clients across the Russian-speaking region. You will be the main point of contact, providing personalized, priority service to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and higher trading activity.Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key account (KA) clients. 2. Act as the primary relationship manager, addressing client needs, inquiries, and feedback promptly. 3. Organize and participate in online/offline events to strengthen client engagement. 4. Proactively re-engage inactive or churned clients to reactivate their accounts and trading activity. 5. Identify opportunities to increase client trading activity and adoption of CoinEx products. 6. Coordinate with internal teams (support, product, compliance) to deliver tailored solutions. 7. Gather and share KA feedback to help improve CoinEx’s products and services. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 1. Growth of key account assets and trading volume. 2. Retention rate of active key accounts. 3. Client satisfaction score (CSAT). 4. Successful reactivation of inactive or churned clients.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in client relationship management, account management, or client service—preferably in crypto, fintech, or financial services. 3. Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken). 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with high emotional intelligence. 5. Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle VIP clients with discretion and professionalism. 6. Proven ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
