工作职责
Job responsibilities : 1.Assist HR Director to co-ordinate the Group's three management work (Fixed staffing, Fixed positions, and Fixed personnel); 2.Responsible for key position channel mining, global sourcing and recruitment execution; 3.Establish and improve the mechanism of talent introduction and talent retention; 4.Improve talent mapping and talent assessment system; 5.Planning talent ladder training projects; 6.Daily docking with the Group and global HRBP team, responsible for recruitment, deployment and employee relations team management; 7.Undertake other tasks assigned by the company or superiors.
职位要求
Qualifications. 1.Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, excellent English listening, reading and writing; 2.At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, training, employee relations management in large-scale enterprises, of which more than 2 years of recruitment team management experience; vocational trainer, internal trainer teaching experience is preferred; 3.Familiar with all kinds of global recruitment channels, interviewing techniques and talent assessment tools; 4.Mature and stable mind, self-driven traits, strong communication skills and stress resistance. (Work location: Torch Development Zone, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province, with occasional business travelling)
