工作职责
Position Responsibilities Sales management and target achievement According to the company's overall sales strategy, formulate regional sales targets and plans, and decompose them to the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets. Monitor sales progress, regularly analyze sales data, evaluate sales performance, adjust sales strategy and improve sales efficiency. Lead and manage the sales team, including recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating sales staff to enhance the overall sales capability of the team. Customer Relationship Maintenance and Expansion Establish and maintain good relationship with existing customers, understand customer needs, provide solutions and enhance customer satisfaction. Dig deep into customer potential, expand new customers and business opportunities to achieve sales growth. Participate in business negotiations with important customers, reach cooperation agreements, and ensure the smooth progress of business cooperation. Market Research and Competitive Analysis Carry out market research to understand industry dynamics, market trends and competing products to provide the basis for the company's strategic decisions. Analyze the product characteristics, sales strategy and market performance of competitors and formulate targeted competitive strategies. Tracking market dynamics, timely adjustment of sales strategy, to seize market opportunities. Sales policy formulation and implementation According to the market situation and the company's strategy, formulate regional sales policies, including prices, promotions, discounts and so on. Ensure the execution and implementation of sales policy, supervise the sales team to comply with the policy regulations and avoid irregularities. Collect feedback during the implementation of sales policy, and continuously optimize and improve the sales policy. Cross-departmental collaboration and communication Maintain good communication with marketing, product, finance and other related departments to collaborate and promote the sales business. Report sales progress, market situation and problems to senior management in a timely manner, and put forward suggestions and recommendations for improvement. Participate in important company meetings and activities, share sales experience and information, and promote communication and cooperation within the company.
