We are looking for a talented Sales Manager for a company specialized in lighting solutions for every type of horticultural application. The client is based in Barcelona (Spain) and the team is expanding internationally. Responsibilities: 1、Responsible for developing regional annual sales plans, breaking down and implementing sales targets. 2、Responsible for the sales and promotion of the company’s LED lighting products in various channel in your region. 3、Attend trade show internationally and responsible for the development and maintenance of LED customers and projects within the region, as well as developing new customer. 4、Collect LED market information and analyze competitors, work with product team in relations of product development and functional as a key frontier team member. 5、Be a part of marketing content creation and social media operation team and cross promote our social media with your customers. 6、Proactively acquire and manage new customers, communicate relevant sales data and market development to supervisor. 7、Other tasks assigned by team leader.

Requirements: 1、Bachelor’s degree or above. 2、Fluent in English and German (mandatory) 3、More than 3 years of sales experience in LED or horticultural industry, with a good track record in sales and market growth in one or multi EU member states. 4、Proactive thinking with a CAN DO attitude is a plus, keeping deadline on time. 5、Has outstanding market development ability, negotiation skills and communication skills . 6、Outgoing personality, quick thinking, strong presentation ability, strong communication skills and experiences. 7、Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, good ability to handle pressure, good team spirit. 8、Availability to travel for expo and for visit clients and leads. 9、Consolidated network of clients and leads in Germany is a plus.
