1. Native English or pure English education, with years of overseas living experience, understanding the customs and current popular culture of major developed countries; 2. More than 8 years of work experience in international 4A advertising companies or multinational corporations, with a deep understanding of the entire creative output process; 3. Strong strategic packaging and copywriting planning skills, solid English copywriting skills, able to independently produce creative directions, requiring experience in large-scale integrated marketing activities and industry Showcase cases; 4. Strong communication and coordination skills as well as project management skills, able to quickly convert creative achievements and implement them, with priority given to those with experience in leading teams; 5. Have in-depth insight into the creative strategies of globally renowned brands, study global design trends and creative cases, and be sensitive to copy and creativity; 6. Experience in internet or finance related projects is preferred.
