• Support Taozi’s community building strategy and execution. • Increase the number of online followers and active users through engaging content and distribution on all key social media platforms. • Create visual elements for social media posts, content marketing, and other marketing purposes. • Build and maintain relationships with Taozi Tree Yoga’s most loyal students and key clients. • Maintain Taozi’s current social media platforms and support development of our social media strategy aimed at the Chinese wellness community in Beijing and beyond. • Assist in the creation of social media content and videos according to the marketing/event plan. • Build relationships with media partners, community partners, and KOLs to increase reach. • Ensure consistency of the brand’s heartfelt and authentic personal identity across all Chinese online platforms. • Work collaboratively with Taozi team and teachers to promote and execute impactful Online to Offline (O2O) events. • Take photos and videos at events for future marketing purposes, including editing and sharing with the community. • Assist in O2O event delivery from conceptualization to execution. • Grow relationships with event partners and sponsors.

• Friendly, confident, and effective communicator (English and Chinese). • Outgoing personality; a passion for yoga is a must. • Taozi Tree Yoga attitude, ability to work independently. • Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn Canva. • Video editing skills (on mobile with APP will be enough). • Experience with Chinese social media tools. • Holds a University Degree or equivalent.
